We had rain for part of the day and the plan was adjusted reasonably. The schedule had enough structure without making every hour feel fixed. One small suggestion: share the next day's start time a little earlier. My mother was more comfortable than I expected on the longer drive.

This trip was mainly for my wife; I just wanted the days to be easy for everyone. One hotel check-in took a little time, but the rest of the trip was smooth. We returned with good memories, which was what we wanted.

The main arrangements were fine; only the daily updates could be a little more consistent.
