The service was good; slightly more proactive updates during traffic or weather changes would make it better.
We planned this as a comfortable road trip, and I was travelling with my cousins. The driver knew the route and did not rush us at the stops. Nothing major went wrong, though a little more proactive communication would improve the service.

We spent less time shopping and more time at the places we had actually come to see. The car was neat and the AC worked well on the warmer parts of the trip. The trip did what it was supposed to do without unnecessary hassle.
