My father appreciated a tea stop in the middle of the drive. The route was covered, but there is room to improve communication and daily timing.
I travelled with my wife for a birthday trip for my mother. The old city section was busy but worth seeing. The pickup and drop points were explained properly, which saved time. The trip did what it was supposed to do without unnecessary hassle.

The trip worked, but I would expect faster updates when timings change.
