We joined from another city and were a little unsure about coordination, especially with my husband. Rashmi made sure we had the basic travel details before departure. We liked the mix of waterfalls, viewpoints and local market time. We came back happy with the trip. We also appreciated being able to take an extra tea break when my parents needed it.

We preferred a slower pace and that was respected. Most of the timings matched what had been discussed before departure. It was a good, straightforward experience.
The trip was booked mostly for a small family group, and I joined them. We kept some time for an evening walk instead of doing nonstop sightseeing. The journey went well, with a few small coordination points that can be improved.
Booked this after discussing the route with two senior family members. We changed one small stop during the trip and it was handled without any fuss. We came back happy with the trip.
We had been talking about this trip for a while, so I finally went with my father and younger brother. The weather kept changing, so a flexible plan was useful. For our family, the arrangements worked well.
The trip was booked mostly for my wife and parents, and I joined them. We spent less time shopping and more time at the places we had actually come to see. The trip worked, but I would expect faster updates when timings change.

We planned this as a pilgrimage we had been planning for months, and I was travelling with our family of four. The pickup and drop points were explained properly, which saved time. Morning fog changed the plan slightly, but we still covered the important places. One small suggestion: send a short evening update when the following day starts early.
