Booked this after discussing the route with my brother and his family. We liked that the important places were covered without turning the day into a race. The driver knew the route and did not rush us at the stops. The road scenery was better than we expected and we stopped for photos a few times. I would recommend the itinerary to families who prefer a relaxed pace.

After a long gap, we finally managed my parents' wish with my wife and parents. The car was neat and the AC worked well on the warmer parts of the trip. The mountain roads were slow, but the driver was comfortable on them. Most of the timings matched what had been discussed before departure. We returned with good memories, which was what we wanted.
I travelled with a small family group for a family get-together. The road scenery was better than we expected and we stopped for photos a few times. One small suggestion: give slightly clearer information when traffic or weather changes the plan.
Our group was my mother and aunt, so timing and breaks mattered more than covering extra places. The itinerary worked better than trying to arrange local transport on our own. Our driver was quiet, professional and helpful when we needed something. A short Wh…
Our group was my mother and aunt, so timing and breaks mattered more than covering extra places. The itinerary worked better than trying to arrange local transport on our own. Our driver was quiet, professional and helpful when we needed something. A short WhatsApp update every evening would make the next morning easier.

The trip was booked mostly for our family of five, and I joined them. We liked that the important places were covered without turning the day into a race. Morning fog changed the plan slightly, but we still covered the important places. We had extra luggage and the driver helped us fit it without making an issue. I would recommend the itinerary to families who prefer a relaxed pace.

If someone wants to cover Darjeeling, Pelling and Lachung in one planned trip, the Grand Sikkim Lachung Pelling Darjeeling Tour Package 2026 is a convenient route. We liked the clear sequence of travel days and the fact that the driver already knew the circuit. For us, the day-wise route was practical for the time we had. One improvement would be to confirm the next day's reporting time a little earlier.

It was my first time on this route and I was with our family of four. Even when traffic slowed us down, the driver stayed calm and adjusted the plan. The longer travel days were balanced with lighter sightseeing where possible. The monastery visit gave us a quiet break from the longer drives. The route was covered, but there is room to improve communication and daily timing.
