The trip was good overall; just a little more advance timing information would help.

The city-to-city drive was long, but the next day's sightseeing was not overloaded. Nothing major went wrong, though a little more proactive communication would improve the service.
Went with a small family group. We were more interested in a comfortable trip than ticking off every stop. The weather changed suddenly, so the extra buffer in the plan helped. We came back happy with the trip.
