We had extra luggage and the driver helped us fit it without making an issue. The hill drive itself was one of the nicest parts of the trip. The trip worked, but I would expect faster updates when timings change.

There was no confusion about the main route or overnight stops. The city-to-city drive was long, but the next day's sightseeing was not overloaded. It was an average experience for us; clearer planning on long travel days would help.
The trip was booked mostly for my sister and parents, and I joined them. We kept one evening light and just walked around nearby instead of adding more sightseeing. Happy with how the journey was handled.

We stopped at a normal local restaurant for lunch and it was better than expected. We changed one small stop during the trip and it was handled without any fuss. Good experience overall, but families with elders would benefit from clearer timing notes.
