After a long gap, we finally managed a school-holiday trip with two senior family members. Pickup was on time and we did not have to keep calling for the vehicle. Most of the timings matched what had been discussed before departure. The heritage sites were the reason we booked this route, and they did not disappoint. One small suggestion: give slightly clearer information when traffic or weather changes the plan. We also appreciated being able to take an extra tea break when my parents needed it.
