The driver knew the route and did not rush us at the stops. We enjoyed the morning sightseeing most because the crowd was lighter. Nothing major went wrong, though a little more proactive communication would improve the service.

We had limited days, and my husband and our daughter were travelling with me. We had rain for part of the day and the plan was adjusted reasonably. We changed one small stop during the trip and it was handled without any fuss. We liked that the important places were covered without turning the day into a race. One small suggestion: send a short evening update when the following day starts early. One thing I liked was that nobody objected when we asked to slow the day down a little.
This trip was mainly for our family of four; I just wanted the days to be easy for everyone. The order of stops made sense and avoided unnecessary backtracking. We came back happy with the trip.

We did not feel that places were added just to make the itinerary look bigger. There was one early morning that felt tough, but it helped us avoid a lot of crowd. No major complaint from our side.
