One improvement would be to confirm the next day's reporting time a little earlier.
Booked this after discussing the route with my parents. The driver knew the parking points well, which is useful in busy tourist areas. The basic arrangements were okay, though updates during travel could be more consistent.

It was my first time on this route and I was with my sister and parents. The cab was clean and the driver was easy to coordinate with. No major complaint from our side.
