Went with my brother and his family. We were more interested in a comfortable trip than ticking off every stop. We did not feel that places were added just to make the itinerary look bigger. One small suggestion: mention the longer driving days more clearly before departure. My mother was more comfortable than I expected on the longer drive.
I travelled with my cousins for a birthday trip for my mother. Our driver was polite and drove steadily, especially on the longer stretches. A short WhatsApp update every evening would make the next morning easier.
After a long gap, we finally managed my parents' wish with our family of five. Remya was responsive and easy to coordinate with. Would be comfortable booking with the team again.

One small suggestion: share the next day's start time a little earlier. The driver suggested starting one day earlier than planned, and it helped us avoid the crowd.

Our group was my husband, so timing and breaks mattered more than covering extra places. We got enough breaks on the road, which mattered because elders were travelling with us. We had rain for part of the day and the plan was adjusted reasonably. No major complaint from our side.
We had been talking about this trip for a while, so I finally went with my wife and parents. The monastery visit gave us a quiet break from the longer drives. I would recommend the itinerary to families who prefer a relaxed pace.
