Honeymoon Holidays

I was travelling with two senior family members, so I was watching the pace and comfort closely. There was no confusion about the main route or overnight stops. Our driver was polite and drove steadily, especially on the longer stretches. The main arrangements were fine; only the daily updates could be a little more consistent. We kept one evening free instead of adding more sightseeing, and that was a good decision.

I chose this itinerary because my husband and parents were joining and I did not want an overpacked schedule. We did not feel that places were added just to make the itinerary look bigger. The children liked the cooler weather and the open spaces. It was an average experience for us; clearer planning on long travel days would help.

Our group was my wife, so timing and breaks mattered more than covering extra places. The hill drive itself was one of the nicest parts of the trip. We had extra luggage and the driver helped us fit it without making an issue. The schedule had enough structure without making every hour feel fixed. For our family, the arrangements worked well. Traffic was heavy near one town, but the rest of the day was relaxed. The plan was practical and left a little breathing room between sightseeing. For the price and planning, we were satisfied. We also appreciated being able to take an extra tea break when my parents needed it.
