We also appreciated being able to take an extra tea break when my parents needed it.

We got enough breaks on the road, which mattered because elders were travelling with us. The hill drive itself was one of the nicest parts of the trip. Would be comfortable booking with the team again. We had a small delay at check-in, but the rest of the day stayed on track.

The pickup and drop points were explained properly, which saved time. My mother walks slowly, and nobody made us feel hurried. A short WhatsApp update every evening would make the next morning easier. The driver suggested starting one day earlier than planned, and it helped us avoid the crowd.
