My mother walks slowly, and nobody made us feel hurried. Would be comfortable booking with the team again. We also appreciated being able to take an extra tea break when my parents needed it.
It was my first time on this route and I was with my wife and two children. There was no confusion about the main route or overnight stops. Good experience overall, but families with elders would benefit from clearer timing notes.
