The trip worked, but I would expect faster updates when timings change.
It was my first time on this route and I was with our family of five. We did not feel that places were added just to make the itinerary look bigger. Nothing major went wrong, though a little more proactive communication would improve the service.

Pickup was on time and we did not have to keep calling for the vehicle. Nothing major went wrong, though a little more proactive communication would improve the service.
