We did not need constant phone support, but when we asked something we got a reply. Pickup was on time and we did not have to keep calling for the vehicle. One small suggestion: mention the longer driving days more clearly before departure. My mother was more comfortable than I expected on the longer drive.

Traffic was heavy near one town, but the rest of the day was relaxed. We had rain for part of the day and the plan was adjusted reasonably. For the price and planning, we were satisfied. My mother was more comfortable than I expected on the longer drive.
