The trip was booked mostly for my sister and parents, and I joined them. The itinerary worked better than trying to arrange local transport on our own. Good experience overall, but families with elders would benefit from clearer timing notes.

We kept some time for an evening walk instead of doing nonstop sightseeing. One small suggestion: share the next day's start time a little earlier. We did not need constant phone support, but when we asked something we got a reply. The order of stops made sense and avoided unnecessary backtracking. One small suggestion: give slightly clearer information when traffic or weather changes the plan. We also appreciated being able to take an extra tea break when my parents needed it.
