We kept some time for an evening walk instead of doing nonstop sightseeing. Nothing major went wrong, though a little more proactive communication would improve the service.

We had extra luggage and the driver helped us fit it without making an issue. We were satisfied, though communication could be slightly faster on busy days.
After a long gap, we finally managed a trip with senior citizens with my husband and our daughter. The hill drive itself was one of the nicest parts of the trip. The trip did what it was supposed to do without unnecessary hassle.

We spent less time shopping and more time at the places we had actually come to see. The hill drive itself was one of the nicest parts of the trip. For the price and planning, we were satisfied.
This trip was mainly for a small family group; I just wanted the days to be easy for everyone. The day-wise plan was clear, so we knew what time we needed to be ready. The journey went well, with a few small coordination points that can be improved.
