We had been talking about this trip for a while, so I finally went with my wife and two children. We enjoyed the viewpoints more than the crowded market areas. We stopped at a normal local restaurant for lunch and it was better than expected. The itinerary worked better than trying to arrange local transport on our own. It was an average experience for us; clearer planning on long travel days would help.

My parents needed an extra break after lunch and the driver was fine with it. Good experience overall, but families with elders would benefit from clearer timing notes. The trip was booked mostly for my sister and parents, and I joined them. The hill drive itself was one of the nicest parts of the trip. We came back happy with the trip.
