Pickup was on time and we did not have to keep calling for the vehicle. Good experience overall, but families with elders would benefit from clearer timing notes. We planned this as a comfortable road trip, and I was travelling with my cousins. Our driver was polite and drove steadily, especially on the longer stretches. We preferred a slower pace and that was respected. Would be comfortable booking with the team again.
