Nothing major went wrong, though a little more proactive communication would improve the service.
I was travelling with my brother and his family, so I was watching the pace and comfort closely. Pickup was on time and we did not have to keep calling for the vehicle. The trip did what it was supposed to do without unnecessary hassle.

Most of the timings matched what had been discussed before departure. We liked having time to just sit with tea and enjoy the weather. We came back happy with the trip. The driver suggested starting one day earlier than planned, and it helped us avoid the crowd.
