The lake and hill views made the long drive feel worth it. The plan was practical and left a little breathing room between sightseeing. We had limited days, and two senior family members were travelling with me. Traffic was heavy near one town, but the rest of the day was relaxed. The trip worked, but I would expect faster updates when timings change.
