We were satisfied, though communication could be slightly faster on busy days.
Went with my husband and parents. We were more interested in a comfortable trip than ticking off every stop. My father appreciated a tea stop in the middle of the drive. Would be comfortable booking with the team again.

We preferred a slower pace and that was respected. The trip felt organised but not overly controlled. The trip worked, but I would expect faster updates when timings change.
