One small suggestion: confirm hotel and pickup details a little earlier.

We joined from another city and were a little unsure about coordination, especially with my father and younger brother. The order of stops made sense and avoided unnecessary backtracking. The weather changed suddenly, so the extra buffer in the plan helped. We got enough breaks on the road, which mattered because elders were travelling with us. For our family, the arrangements worked well. We also appreciated being able to take an extra tea break when my parents needed it.
