We also appreciated being able to take an extra tea break when my parents needed it.

The pickup and drop points were explained properly, which saved time. The schedule had enough structure without making every hour feel fixed. Nothing major went wrong, though a little more proactive communication would improve the service. One thing I liked was that nobody objected when we asked to slow the day down a little.
