Most of the timings matched what had been discussed before departure. We had rain for part of the day and the plan was adjusted reasonably. The weather stayed pleasant and we spent more time outdoors than expected. The trip did what it was supposed to do without unnecessary hassle. My mother was more comfortable than I expected on the longer drive.
