This was not a luxury trip for us; it was simply a few days away from work with a small family group. The trip worked well for a mixed-age family group. Nothing major went wrong, though a little more proactive communication would improve the service.
We had limited days, and two senior family members were travelling with me. My father appreciated a tea stop in the middle of the drive. The route was covered, but there is room to improve communication and daily timing.
It was my first time on this route and I was with my parents. Our driver was polite and drove steadily, especially on the longer stretches. We completed the trip, but a few timings felt rushed and need better coordination.
I travelled with my parents and two kids for a birthday trip for my mother. The hill drive itself was one of the nicest parts of the trip. We came back happy with the trip.
