Went with my husband. We were more interested in a comfortable trip than ticking off every stop. Nitesh was easy to reach before departure and answered our practical questions clearly. The car was neat and the AC worked well on the warmer parts of the trip. We did not feel that places were added just to make the itinerary look bigger. We returned with good memories, which was what we wanted. We skipped one minor stop and used that time to rest, which suited our group better.
We joined from another city and were a little unsure about coordination, especially with my parents and uncle. The hotel was simple, but the room was clean and that was enough for us. A short WhatsApp update every evening would make the next morning easier.

We skipped one shopping stop and used that time at the monument we liked more. For our family, the arrangements worked well. My mother was more comfortable than I expected on the longer drive.

We did not need constant phone support, but when we asked something we got a reply. We came back happy with the trip. We also appreciated being able to take an extra tea break when my parents needed it.
