Went with my parents and two kids. We were more interested in a comfortable trip than ticking off every stop. Road travel took time, but the driver was patient about tea and washroom breaks. The scenic stops between towns were as enjoyable as the main sightseeing. We did not need constant phone support, but when we asked something we got a reply. Nothing major went wrong, though a little more proactive communication would improve the service.

We changed one small stop during the trip and it was handled without any fuss. The trip did what it was supposed to do without unnecessary hassle. We skipped one minor stop and used that time to rest, which suited our group better.
