The trip was booked mostly for my husband and our daughter, and I joined them. We had rain for part of the day and the plan was adjusted reasonably. We had a clear idea of the next day's plan, which made mornings easier. The hill drive itself was one of the nicest parts of the trip. One small suggestion: share the next day's start time a little earlier.
We planned this as a comfortable road trip, and I was travelling with my cousins. Our driver was polite and drove steadily, especially on the longer stretches. We preferred a slower pace and that was respected. Would be comfortable booking with the team again.
It was my first time on this route and I was with my parents and uncle. The weather changed suddenly, so the extra buffer in the plan helped. One small suggestion: give slightly clearer information when traffic or weather changes the plan.

After a long gap, we finally managed a short spiritual break with my wife. Nitesh helped us understand which days would be longer, which was useful because elders were travelling. Our driver was polite and drove steadily, especially on the longer stretches. The children liked the cooler weather and the open spaces. We did not need constant phone support, but when we asked something we got a reply. For our family, the arrangements worked well.
After a long gap, we finally managed a comfortable road trip with my mother and aunt. We spent less time shopping and more time at the places we had actually come to see. The trip was good overall; just a little more advance timing information would help.
