The pickup and drop points were explained properly, which saved time. My mother walks slowly, and nobody made us feel hurried. Nothing major went wrong, though a little more proactive communication would improve the service. We kept one evening free instead of adding more sightseeing, and that was a good decision.

After a long gap, we finally managed my parents' wish with my wife and two children. Walking in the old area took time, but it felt worth doing once. Happy with how the journey was handled.
