Nothing major went wrong, though a little more proactive communication would improve the service.
Booked this after discussing the route with our family of five. My mother walks slowly, and nobody made us feel hurried. We enjoyed the viewpoints more than the crowded market areas. Happy with how the journey was handled.

We did not need constant phone support, but when we asked something we got a reply. We kept some time for an evening walk instead of doing nonstop sightseeing. We came back happy with the trip. We also appreciated being able to take an extra tea break when my parents needed it.
