It would help if hotel and pickup details were reconfirmed a little earlier on busy days.
Our group was my husband and parents, so timing and breaks mattered more than covering extra places. We got enough breaks on the road, which mattered because elders were travelling with us. We returned with good memories, which was what we wanted.

The day started on time and the route was handled sensibly. We kept some time for an evening walk instead of doing nonstop sightseeing. We came back happy with the trip.
Our group was my mother and aunt, so timing and breaks mattered more than covering extra places. The hill drive itself was one of the nicest parts of the trip. A short WhatsApp update every evening would make the next morning easier.

We appreciated that the driver did not push unnecessary shops or extra stops. My father appreciated a tea stop in the middle of the drive. We completed the trip, but a few timings felt rushed and need better coordination.
