Pickup was on time and we did not have to keep calling for the vehicle. The hill drive itself was one of the nicest parts of the trip. We returned with good memories, which was what we wanted.

The trip felt organised but not overly controlled. We had rain for part of the day and the plan was adjusted reasonably. A short WhatsApp update every evening would make the next morning easier.
We had limited days, and my father and younger brother were travelling with me. The plan was practical and left a little breathing room between sightseeing. The driver knew the route and did not rush us at the stops. No major complaint from our side.

We kept some time for an evening walk instead of doing nonstop sightseeing. The journey went well, with a few small coordination points that can be improved.
I travelled with my cousins for a school-holiday trip. The car was neat and the AC worked well on the warmer parts of the trip. We were satisfied, though communication could be slightly faster on busy days.
