We did not need constant phone support, but when we asked something we got a reply. The car was neat and the AC worked well on the warmer parts of the trip. For the price and planning, we were satisfied. We skipped one minor stop and used that time to rest, which suited our group better.

We had a small delay at check-in, but the rest of the day stayed on track.

The monuments were crowded, but the sightseeing order saved a lot of time. One hotel check-in took a little time, but the rest of the trip was smooth.
