It was my first time on this route and I was with two senior family members. The hill drive itself was one of the nicest parts of the trip. Our driver was polite and drove steadily, especially on the longer stretches. Nothing major went wrong, though a little more proactive communication would improve the service.

This was not a luxury trip for us; it was simply a pilgrimage we had been planning for months with my parents and uncle. The weather changed suddenly, so the extra buffer in the plan helped. We enjoyed the viewpoints more than the crowded market areas. Most of the timings matched what had been discussed before departure. One small suggestion: send a short evening update when the following day starts early.
The trip was booked mostly for my wife, and I joined them. Morning fog changed the plan slightly, but we still covered the important places. The trip did what it was supposed to do without unnecessary hassle.
I travelled with my sister and parents for a few days away from work. The hotel was simple, but the room was clean and that was enough for us. The trip felt organised but not overly controlled. One small suggestion: confirm hotel and pickup details a little e…

I was travelling with my brother and his family, so I was watching the pace and comfort closely. The market area was busy, so we chose to return early and rest. The itinerary worked better than trying to arrange local transport on our own. The monastery visit gave us a quiet break from the longer drives. Happy with how the journey was handled.
After a long gap, we finally managed a few days away from work with my cousins. The hill drive itself was one of the nicest parts of the trip. My mother walks slowly, and nobody made us feel hurried. One small suggestion: confirm hotel and pickup details a li…

Went with my parents. We were more interested in a comfortable trip than ticking off every stop. Meghna helped us with the pre-trip details and stayed responsive whenever we checked something. The cab was clean and the driver was easy to coordinate with. My parents needed an extra break after lunch and the driver was fine with it. Would be comfortable booking with the team again.
