Allow for the journey to your pickup point as well as the tour itself. A longer list of destinations can mean more time in the vehicle; compare overnight stops and daily travel before booking.
When to travel
Choose dates based on the actual destinations and experiences in your itinerary. Confirm seasonal activities and hotel availability rather than assuming every advertised experience operates year-round.
Confirm the operating dates, local access and availability for your chosen itinerary before making non-refundable travel arrangements.
Check what your quote includes
Compare the hotel category, room sharing, meal plan, vehicle and included sightseeing. Entry tickets, permits, optional activities and special transfers may be charged separately. The written quote and package exclusions should make these clear.

One small suggestion: mention the longer driving days more clearly before departure.
