The city-to-city drive was long, but the next day's sightseeing was not overloaded. We kept one evening light and just walked around nearby instead of adding more sightseeing. The route was covered, but there is room to improve communication and daily timing.
The trip was booked mostly for my wife and parents, and I joined them. We got a good balance of travel, sightseeing and rest. The day started on time and the route was handled sensibly. Would be comfortable booking with the team again.

Pickup was on time and we did not have to keep calling for the vehicle. The schedule had enough structure without making every hour feel fixed. We were satisfied, though communication could be slightly faster on busy days.
It was my first time on this route and I was with two senior family members. We did not feel that places were added just to make the itinerary look bigger. Good experience overall, but families with elders would benefit from clearer timing notes.
