This trip was mainly for my husband and our daughter; I just wanted the days to be easy for everyone. Remya kept the communication clear from booking until departure. Pickup was on time and we did not have to keep calling for the vehicle. One hotel check-in took a little time, but the rest of the trip was smooth. The itinerary worked better than trying to arrange local transport on our own. The trip did what it was supposed to do without unnecessary hassle.
