The driver gave honest estimates about travel time instead of promising impossible timings. One small suggestion: give slightly clearer information when traffic or weather changes the plan. Pickup was on time and we did not have to keep calling for the vehicle. A short WhatsApp update every evening would make the next morning easier. My mother was more comfortable than I expected on the longer drive.
