We had rain for part of the day and the plan was adjusted reasonably. The day started on time and the route was handled sensibly. The main arrangements were fine; only the daily updates could be a little more consistent. We had a small delay at check-in, but the rest of the day stayed on track.
After a long gap, we finally managed a birthday trip for my mother with my mother and aunt. The order of stops made sense and avoided unnecessary backtracking. Good experience overall, but families with elders would benefit from clearer timing notes.

Pickup was on time and we did not have to keep calling for the vehicle. One day traffic delayed us, but it did not spoil the sightseeing. One small suggestion: confirm hotel and pickup details a little earlier. We skipped one minor stop and used that time to rest, which suited our group better.
