The day started on time and the route was handled sensibly. We spent less time shopping and more time at the places we had actually come to see. We were satisfied, though communication could be slightly faster on busy days. We had a small delay at check-in, but the rest of the day stayed on track.
It was my first time on this route and I was with three college friends. The cab was clean and the driver was easy to coordinate with. Nothing major went wrong, though a little more proactive communication would improve the service.
