The service was good; slightly more proactive updates during traffic or weather changes would make it better.
This trip was mainly for two senior family members; I just wanted the days to be easy for everyone. My father appreciated a tea stop in the middle of the drive. We completed the trip, but a few timings felt rushed and need better coordination.

We had limited days, and my wife were travelling with me. Our driver was polite and drove steadily, especially on the longer stretches. The journey went well, with a few small coordination points that can be improved.
