It would help if hotel and pickup details were reconfirmed a little earlier on busy days.
After a long gap, we finally managed a few days away from work with three college friends. The order of stops made sense and avoided unnecessary backtracking. The route was covered, but there is room to improve communication and daily timing.

The order of stops made sense and avoided unnecessary backtracking. We did not need constant phone support, but when we asked something we got a reply. We completed the trip, but a few timings felt rushed and need better coordination.
After a long gap, we finally managed a short spiritual break with my husband and parents. Most of the timings matched what had been discussed before departure. No major complaint from our side.

We enjoyed the viewpoints more than the crowded market areas. We got enough breaks on the road, which mattered because elders were travelling with us. The trip was good overall; just a little more advance timing information would help. We kept one evening free instead of adding more sightseeing, and that was a good decision.
