It was my first time on this route and I was with my parents. The hill drive itself was one of the nicest parts of the trip. Good experience overall, but families with elders would benefit from clearer timing notes.
This trip was mainly for my wife and parents; I just wanted the days to be easy for everyone. The winding roads were handled carefully and nobody in our group felt rushed. It was a good, straightforward experience.
