Our driver was quiet, professional and helpful when we needed something. One small suggestion: confirm hotel and pickup details a little earlier. We stopped at a normal local restaurant for lunch and it was better than expected. We changed one small stop during the trip and it was handled without any fuss. Good experience overall, but families with elders would benefit from clearer timing notes.
