The weather stayed pleasant and we spent more time outdoors than expected. A short WhatsApp update every evening would make the next morning easier. We also appreciated being able to take an extra tea break when my parents needed it.

The main transfers were already sorted, which saved us time on the ground. In our case, the day-wise route was practical for the time we had.
