We appreciated that the driver did not push unnecessary shops or extra stops. The trip did what it was supposed to do without unnecessary hassle. We also appreciated being able to take an extra tea break when my parents needed it.
It was my first time on this route and I was with my brother and his family. The driver knew the parking points well, which is useful in busy tourist areas. Nothing major went wrong, though a little more proactive communication would improve the service.
