One small suggestion: give slightly clearer information when traffic or weather changes the plan. One thing I liked was that nobody objected when we asked to slow the day down a little.
This was not a luxury trip for us; it was simply my parents' wish with my parents and two kids. The driving felt safe and there was no unnecessary speeding. We completed the trip, but a few timings felt rushed and need better coordination.
Booked this after discussing the route with my wife and two children. We appreciated that the driver did not push unnecessary shops or extra stops. The trip worked, but I would expect faster updates when timings change.

The trip felt organised but not overly controlled. Nothing major went wrong, though a little more proactive communication would improve the service. We had a small delay at check-in, but the rest of the day stayed on track.

Booked this after discussing the route with my parents and two kids. The driver knew the parking points well, which is useful in busy tourist areas. Our driver was polite and drove steadily, especially on the longer stretches. We had rain for part of the day and the plan was adjusted reasonably. We enjoyed the trip and would only suggest more detail about the longer travel days.

The driver knew the parking points well, which is useful in busy tourist areas. We did not feel that places were added just to make the itinerary look bigger. One small suggestion: share the next day's start time a little earlier.
