I travelled with our family of four for a trip with senior citizens. We changed one small stop during the trip and it was handled without any fuss. The trip did what it was supposed to do without unnecessary hassle.

The trip felt organised but not overly controlled. We spent less time shopping and more time at the places we had actually come to see. Nothing major went wrong, though a little more proactive communication would improve the service.
